The micronAir combi filters have an extra activated-carbon layer in addition to the filter layer for superfine particles. This activated-carbon layer captures the ozone, allowing cleaned air to enter the cabin. The filters can increase driving safety and driving comfort, even when ozone levels in the air outside are very high.
They also feature a microfibre layer that provides protection against pollen, road dust, abraded particles, soot, bacteria, industrial dusts, and other respirable superfine particles and an activated-carbon layer to protect against odours and hazardous gases. The material is flame resistant, extremely tear-proof, and paperless, which prevents the growth of bacteria and fungus. The filters are compliant with DIN EN ISO 846.
