Cuypers will succeed Jeroen Pynenburg, who is stepping down as CEO from 31 July 2024.
Between 2018 and 2023 Cuypers served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at ERIKS, a global industrial service provider, offering technical products and services to all sections of industry. At ERIKS, he also assumed an ad interim role as CEO of its Dutch operations between 2021 and 2022. Since 2023, he has been COO at SHV Energy, providing decentralized, low-carbon and clean energy solutions to business and residential customers around the world. Cuypers holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
NX Filtration has also reported half-year 2024 revenues of €5.9 million, an increase of 57% on the first half of 2023, and reconfirms its full-year revenue outlook of in excess of €16 million.
The company received breakthrough orders across all major regions, including from EcoAzur in Mexico, Thermax in India, Delco in Canada, and Bucher Denwel in Europe.
NX Filtration successfully started-up its new large-scale factory for the production of membrane modules according to plan in the first half-year of 2024. The company is also now B Corp certified.
