UK-based filter manufacturer, Croft Filters, has appointed four new apprentices to its 24 strong team, as it continues to support talented young people as they begin their careers.

The business is aiming to build its reputation as an investor in people by giving the apprentices a direct route into the manufacturing industry.

Anthony Walker, Luke Kelly, Matthew Retford and Olivia Brown have all been selected as part of the initiative, which aims to develop the students’ practical skills as they work towards gaining NVQ qualifications. The apprentices have the opportunity to work alongside Croft’s experienced team across a range of specialisms.

Neil Burns, director of Croft Filters, said: “We are committed to developing the next generation of talented industry leaders. Our apprentices are able to consolidate the knowledge they learn on their courses with in depth day-to-day training, standing them in great stead for the future.

Working closely together enables us to invest in their learning, strengthen our team with fresh ideas and maintain a high standard of service and quality for our customers.”
