Kemper will be showing the autoflow XP system along with its entire range of mobile and portable filter units at the international Brazil Welding Show in 2011 which takes place in São Paulo from 18–21 October 2011.
The system features a powerful fan and a low-weight design. It is a battery powered unit that generates constant excess pressure in protective headgear to keep dangerous smoke and emissions out. The autoflow XP system also cleans suction air at 99.8% separation rates using a particle filter. This breathing protection system runs at four fan speed settings driven by a brush-free DC motor with three times the service life of conventional fan drives.
Kemper’s mobile filtering units include the Filter-Master, a base unit for use at changing welding stations, featuring a steel-sheet design as well as high-resistance powder coating. In addition, the company will be presenting its Filter-Master XL, a filter unit featuring KemTex ePTFE membrane filter cartridges especially suited to welding high-alloy metals. Kemper will also be showing the Kemper Dusty extraction unit for stand-alone workstations, which is suitable for applications that involve smoke and dust-type emissions. The suction hose can be connected to a variety of collectors and nozzles or to welding guns with integrated suction. The Kemper Dusty filters ultra-fine dust using a cartridge that is simple to clean off.
"Brazil is one of the world's largest growing markets. Naturally, we will be taking part at the first Brazil Welding Show to show local customers our product range," says Björn Kemper, chief executive officer of Kemper GmbH. "We'd like to present our product benefits to the Brazilian market more effectively, so we're thinking about extending our own sales and production capacities.”
