The current executive board – consisting of CEO Kurk Wilks and chief financial officer Emese Weissenbacher – will be expanded with the addition of the new role of chief operating officer.
Emese Weissenbacher – currently executive vice president and CFO – will take on the newly created role of EVP and COOr. Weissenbacher has spent more than three decades at Mann+Hummel – including 5 years at Controlling, 11 years in Operations and 10 years as CFO – where she has played a key role in transforming Finance, IT, HR, and Global Business & Technical Solutions, while advancing the digitalization of business processes. In her new role, she will lead the global supply chain and related support functions – with the goal of aligning the company’s operational strength even more closely with customer needs and strategic growth.
Meanwhile Jurate Keblyte will join Mann+Hummel as CFO, succeeding Weissenbacher. She brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in financial transformation to the filter company.
“With this decision, we are aligning our leadership structure even more closely with the strategic priorities of our time,” said Mann+Hummel non-executive chairman Thomas Fischer. “Customer proximity, operational excellence, and resilience are essential pillars for our future. This expanded and diverse leadership team is ideally positioned to take Mann+Hummel to the next level.”
CEO Kurk Wilks added: “This new structure ensures that customer centricity and operational impact continue to drive everything we do. It strengthens our capabilities along the entire supply chain and sharpens our strategic direction. At the same time, it reflects our firm belief that the diversity of a leadership team – in every respect – is the foundation for sustainable success.”
The new management board – consisting of CEO Kurk Wilks, EVP & COO Emese Weissenbacher, and CFO Jurate Keblyte – will officially take office on 1 July 2025.
