Volker Plücker has joined Hengst as group vice president Industrial Filtration.
Plücker was most recently CEO of the Filtration Group’s acquired Mahle Industrial Filtration business. He has also served as CEO of Weber Hydraulik and headed up Mann+Hummel’s industrial filtration business for 12 years.
Plücker is now part of the Hengst management team and will report directly to CEO Christopher Heine.
“Irrespective of the current situation in the market, we are continuing to pursue our strategic goals and are expanding this business unit sustainably,” said Heine. “We are very pleased about the reinforcement. With his many years of experience, Mr Volker Plücker will make a central contribution to the positive further development of the Hengst Group.”
