International water treatment company, Pentair, is showcasing its latest smart, sustainable water solutions for the water and wastewater industry at the Water Environment Federation’s Annual Technical Exhibition (WEFTEC) in New Orleans this week.
Pentair products on show will include those for advanced filtration, desalination, water supply and water disposal, process and control. The company’s experts will also be sharing industry best practices and insights at presentations and demonstrations during the exhibition.
For industrial processing and wastewater treatment, Pentair will showcase its latest advanced filtration technologies, including the Pentair X-Flow Helix, a tubular membrane-based wastewater solution which helps to prevent the build up of insoluble particles in high-solids Ultrafiltration.
Also on show will be the Pentair X-Flow Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor (AnMBR) which is designed to treat high-strength and high-solids industrial wastewater streams. The AnMBR technology delivers cleaner water for direct reuse or safer discharge to the environment while simultaneously producing methane-rich biogas as a renewable source of energy.
Pentair’srange of energy and water efficient solutions for water supply, wastewater disposal and fluid management are also being exhibited. The company says its solids handling pumps, grinders and packaged systems are designed to take on the most challenging sewage solids and trash found in wastewater.
