The company says that the Eco 4000 is a new type of filter media that is designed to address the increasing demands of energy efficiency relating to filtration systems and their applications.
According to Irema, the new filter media offers high air permeability and good dust holding capacity. In addition, finished filters constructed of Eco 4000 MiniPleats are claimed to offer good technical features. The company uses 3D-media design techniques to create the filtration characteristics in the finished product.
Irema operates an Energy Management System for the production of its filter media and meets the requirements of the ISO 50001:2011 standard.
Irema’s synthetic filter media are used in cabin air filters, the HVAC industry and in liquid filtration applications.
