Throughout the app there are options to contact Bollfilter with questions, request more information about spare parts, ask technical queries about installation or operation and request service/maintenance instructions. There are also links to the Bollfilter website and its YouTube videos showing how the filters work.
In the ‘Filters’ section there are exploded drawings of the 6.18 automatic water filter and the 6.64 automatic lube oil filter, giving a step-by-step illustrated guide to disassembling the filter in the correct manner, ideal for the plant maintenance team.
You can download the Bollfilter App from the app store here. The Android compatible version will be available in the first half of 2016.
