During a 52-year career with the company, Stone served as CEO, chief operating officer and president. He was the first person to serve as the company’s CEO that was not a family member of the company’s founder.
Stone has been a board member since 1986 and company chairman since 1993.
“During his 52 years with the company, Mr Stone’s contributions to the company’s success cannot be overstated. As chairman of the board, he has helped position the company for future growth, both domestically and through our increasingly strong international footprint.
