NeverLeak filter leaf to be shown

GKD SolidWeave, US-based the filtration and separation company, will feature its NeverLeak filter leaf at the American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) annual meeting and expo next week.

The event is being held in San Antonio, Texas, during May 4-7, and the NeverLeak filter leaf is said by the company to be designed to eliminate tubular-framed, riveted leaves. GKD SolidWeave also claim that the NeverLeak filter leaf the most innovative filter in the edible oil market.

It is constructed of a stainless steel core, unique drainage  components, and a reversed Dutch weave, known as PZ 80, of stainless steel. This “sandwich” is extremely effective in filtering a full range of edible oils – whether thick or thin. The company's publicity claims that by employing a proprietary continuous weld around the reversed Dutch weave, GKD eliminates leaking, 'producing the most efficient filter leaf, on the market'.   The three-dimensional construction of the NeverLeak filter leaf makes it unusually durable and reducing the need for constant rescreening. NeverLeak  filter leaves are offered in a variety of OEM designs and dimensions.   The AOCS is a international science and business forum on fats, oils, surfactants, lipids and related materials.
