Imran Jaferey has joined ceramic ultrafiltration membrane manufacturer Nanostone Water as chief commercial officer.
In his new role at Nanostone Water, Jaferey will oversee the company’s global market-facing activities, including marketing, market strategy development, product management, application engineering, sales and government affairs.
Jaferey has a strong background in membrane technologies, including more than 15 years with Koch Membranes. During his career, Jaferey has served in a variety of positions in consulting, project management and business development. Most recently, he was vice president of global sales at Headworks International.
“Imran’s experience in our industry and his strong leadership skills will make a great impact at Nanostone Water. We look forward to the fresh perspective he brings as well as his ability to strengthen our leadership in the industry,” said John Ritter, chief operating officer for Nanostone.
Jaferey holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
