Crafted from 100% cellulose fibers with a high long-fiber share, Gessner’s new HME filter media delivers high performance and reliability. Weighing only 90 grams per sqm, it’s one of the lightest HME cellulose filter materials in the market, ensuring best-in-class efficiency with a consistent medication dosing.

Because of its properties and processing, Gessner’s cellulose media delivers several advantages over conventional synthetic media including very good moisture release, multiple medication dosing and twice the lifespan of synthetic filter media.

The careful processing of the fibers equips the filter media with superior moisture exchange capabilities. This preserves the natural structure of the fibers, significantly enhancing their ability to absorb and exchange moisture efficiently. Synthetic media encounters significant limitations with medication dosing. The breathing resistance rises to an unsuitable level after just a single medication dose, necessitating an immediate filter change. With Gessner’s cellulose media, several doses of medication can be applied without compromising efficiency and the breathing resistance remains constant. Unlike traditional polyester filter media, which require replacement after each medication dosing, Gessner’s solution delivers a lifespan that is twice as long.
