Filtration Technology Corporation’s (FTC) Invicta technology has been awarded the 2020 New Product of the Year by the American Filtration and Separations Society (AFS) during their annual conference, FiltCon 2021.

Invicta technology is a trapezoidal-shaped cartridge filter element design that offers increased effective surface area inside a filter vessel, giving increased capacity and extending filter life. The Invicta’s design is the latest advancement of the 60-year-old cylindrical filter model that the industry has been using for decades.

Designed and tested in FTC’s research facility in Houston, Texas, the company says that its revolutionary Invicta technology reflects the company’s focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and value-driven solutions to the market.

Chris Wallace, FTC vice president of Technology, said: “Our whole team at FTC is deeply honoured that AFS has recognised our Invicta technology with this award.” He added: “Since its release in 2019, Invictahas changed industry thinking and the industrial filtration market with it.”
