Change of leadership at Berghof Membranes

Eric Wildeboer will be stepping down as CEO of Berghof Membranes Technology GmbH, effective 1 January 2025.

Tobias Steube, who has been leading Berghof Membranes’ global product management and marketing since autumn 2023, will take over as CEO at the start of the new year. 

Antonio Sempere, global head of sales since 2020, will manage the international locations, Berghof Membranes Iberia SL and Berghof Membranes Asia Pacific PTE Ltd, and oversee the Leeuwarden site in Germany.

Together with Berghof Membranes’ management team, including Maria Hirsch (head of supply chain & production), Gunther Bisle (head of R&D, quality & technology), and Sjoerd Slagter (sales & customer service), the company says it will continue to drive innovation, promote sustainability, and deliver added value to customers.

Wildeboer has been with Berghof Membranes since 2003 and has served as CEO since 2008. Under his leadership, Berghof Membranes has grown into a leading global provider of membrane solutions. He will continue to support Berghof Membranes in his role as chief commercial officer (CCO) of Berghof Holding.
