Milan-based Easy Filtration provides filter cartridges for air, gas and process liquids, filter housings and clean-in-place systems mainly for customers in the industrial coatings, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. The company was founded in 2013 and has 9 employees.
“This acquisition will expand our possibilities to cater for our customers’ needs in Italy, both with regards to filters and associated service in a qualitative way,” said Philippe Ernens, president of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
Easy Filtration will become part of the Medical Gas Solutions division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of 2024.
