Atlas Copco acquires Danish process filtration company

Sweden’s Atlas Copco Group has bought Danmil A/S, a Danish process filtration company serving the pharma and food and beverage sectors.

Established in 1986, Danmil is headquartered and has its manufacturing plant in Greve, Denmark. The company has 26 employees and had 2023 revenues of €11 million.

“With this acquisition we are expanding our liquid and gas filter product range,” said Philippe Ernens, Business Area president for Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco. “This will also further enhance our expertise in this area for customers within pharma as well as food and beverage sectors.“

Danmil is now part of the Medical Gas Solutions Division, within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
