Gerard Daniel completes acquisition of Rhodius KMS

Graycliff Partners LP portfolio company Gerard Daniel Worldwide has completed its acquisition of the Knitted Mesh & Separation division of Rhodius GmbH (Rhodius KMS).

 

• ABB expands in smart water management with optical sensor company acquisition

ABB is acquiring Real Tech, a Canadian supplier of optical sensor technology that enables real-time water monitoring and testing.

Trojan Technologies announced plans to sell its Salsnes Filter business to current and former members of the Salsnes management team.

 

• SF-Filter acquires distribution partner Hermans Brems

Switzerland’s SF-Filter Group has acquired Hermans Brems NV, a former distribution partner based in Halen, Belgium.

 

• Rensa expands filtration portfolio with multiple acquisitions

Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer and distributor of consumable, mission-critical air filtration products, announced today that it has acquired several businesses that provide distribution, sales and service of air filters to commercial and industrial customers and end-users in California, Illinois, New York and Arizona.

 

• Indutrade acquires German trading company Pure!

Indutrade has acquired all shares in the German trading company Pure! GmbH.

Located in Diez, Pure! specialises in industrial compressed air treatment and process filtration. The company’s product offering includes compressed air dryers, filter elements and housings, nitrogen generators, compressed air coolers and chillers, as well as aftermarket services such as maintenance, repair and spare parts. Pure! serves a wide range of industries and end markets, including general manufacturing, life science and food and beverage. The business has annual sales of approximately E10 million and 30 employees.

 

• Ingersoll Rand expands in air treatment with acquisition of Friulair

Ingersoll Rand Inc has acquired Friulair Srl, an Italian designer and producer of dryers, filters, aftercoolers, and accessories for the treatment of compressed air, as well as a chiller product line.

 

• DXP Enterprises acquires Kappe Associates

DXP Enterprises Inc has acquired Kappe Associates Inc, a US distributor and manufacturers’ representative of pumps, controls and process equipment for the water and wastewater industry.

 

• Sogefi to sell filtration unit to US private equity firm

Italy’s Sogefi has entered into an agreement to sell its Filtration business unit to the US private equity fund Pacific Avenue Capital Partners for an enterprise value of €374 million.

 

• American Air Filter acquires Northeast Air Solutions

American Air Filter Co Inc (AAF International) has acquired Northeast Air Solutions Inc, a provider of clean air solutions to New England since 1946.
