When the deal closes, the Filtration business unit, which includes Sogefi Filtration SA and Sogefi USA Inc, will operate under the name Purflux Group.
The transaction is expected to close within six months.
Sogefi's Filtration business unit produces a full range of filters for the original equipment and original equipment spares markets, as well as the independent aftermarket. The business is headquartered in Paris, with operations in Europe, the United States and India, and 11 production sites. In 2023, Filtration recorded revenues of €573.6 million, which was 35% of the Sogefi’s group turnover.
