Evoqua Water Technologies has acquired ATG UV Technology Ltd, a UK manufacturer of ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection systems used in municipal, aquatics and industrial applications.
Wigan-based ATG UV is a privately held company serving the municipal, marine, food and beverage, oil and gas, aquatics and aquaculture markets and employing around 75 people.
ATG UV is the exclusive technology supplier to Evoqua’s ETS-UV product line in North America. The acquisition of ATG UV will allow Evoqua to serve customers globally.

ATG UV is Evoqua’s first acquisition in 2019 and 13th to date. The brand will join Evoqua’s portfolio of disinfection brands, which already includes Wallace & Tiernan systems, Delta UV products and Pacific Ozone products and solutions.
