The joint venture will invest RMB120 million to set up a new state of the art manufacturing facility with an initial capacity to assemble 2 million sq m of membrane fibres into membrane modules.
Memstar Pte Ltd, United Envirotech’s wholly owned subsidiary, will sell membrane fibres produced in its Singapore plant to the joint venture.
Construction work on the new manufacturing facility is expected to start immediately.
