Based in Melbourne, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, Process Group specialises in complex and challenging projects requiring technology solutions such as gas dehydration (TEG and molecular sieve), gas sweetening (amine and membrane), produced water treatment (hydrocyclones, IGF/DGF, nutshell filters) and sand management. Founded in 1978, the company has 120 employees and an annual turnover of around E60 million.
With this acquisition, Suez Environnement extends its footprint in the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia and reinforces its technical expertise and portfolio towards the Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
