McCarthy, who has 40 years of experience in oilfield services, joined the ProSep board of directors last year. Former CEO Neil Poxon will remain with the company to oversee the transition until the end of this year.
The restructure will also see ProSep renew its focus on its proprietary ProPure mixer technologies, which will include new research and development.
“The oil and gas landscape is growing more volatile and it’s crucial that we address these challenges in a proactive way, and adapt our operations to serve the changing needs of the industry,” said McCarthy. “ProSep has a fantastic portfolio of proprietary solutions for the effective treatment of oil, gas, and produced water. While a large part of our focus is on promoting the genuine results our mixers can deliver, clients will continue to receive the highest quality of service for our entire range of purpose-designed solutions.”
