Pentair plc has bought Be the Change Labs Inc, which does business as Rocean, a provider of counter top filtration solutions.
Rocean’s smart filtration devices help reduce the need for single use plastic bottles in homes and businesses.

The Rocean One was given a Special Mention in Time magazine’s recent Best Inventions of 2020 list.
