Action Filtration’s product line also includes pulse jet and shaker filter bags, hydraulic filter elements, HVAC and industrial air filters, and blast cabinet gloves.

The acquisition expands Micronics’ portfolio of engineered filtration solutions to better serve customers in demanding industries where environmental/emissions control needs require deep technical filtration expertise and application knowledge.

“I am very excited and pleased to welcome Action Filtration to the Micronics Engineered Filtration Group!,” said Chris Cummins, president and CEO of the Micronics Engineered Filtration Group.

“I have spent a lot of time with this team over the past few months and I am looking forward to working with our talented Action Filtration teammates to expedite our growth in the markets they serve today with an even wider range of both air and liquid filtration solutions.”

“We are particularly impressed with the leading industrial companies who trust Action Filtration’s filters. That is a real testament to the strong relationships and trust that have been built over many years by the Action Filtration team. Our goal is to further build on that as the Micronics Engineered Filtration Group,” added Cummins.

“Action Filtration’s reputation for a very high quality of customer service, long-standing customer relationships, and high-quality manufactured products will further strengthen the Micronics brand,” said Jason Wettstaedt, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Micronics. “We are very pleased to be adding the Hope, Indiana in-house manufacturing of both pleated filter elements and cartridge filters to our portfolio, further filling out our set of solutions to meet customers’ unique filtration needs across diverse industries,”

“We feel the team will be in good hands with Micronics and being part of a much larger global company with many more resources to serve our customers’ filtration needs,” said Les Benesh and Paul Trotta Jr, co-founders of Action Filtration.
