Under the partnership, Memsift Innovations and Parry Enterprises will jointly establish a state-of-the-art membrane manufacturing facility capable of producing up to 1.2 million sq m of high-quality membranes per year (about 2000 industrial scale membrane modules per month). This manufacturing capacity increase will serve the growing demand for Memsift’s technologies across industries including chemical, pulp & paper, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors/microelectronics and food and beverage. It may also play a crucial role in meeting the escalating demand for membranes in the Indian water treatment sector, enabling the provision of clean and safe water to communities across the country.
As part of the agreement, Parry Enterprises will provide critical manufacturing infrastructure and logistical support, while Memsift Innovations will share its advanced membrane manufacturing know-how and proprietary technologies.
