Koch Membrane technology selected for Florida water treatment plant

The KMS RO elements will be installed in four trains with a 2.0 MGD capacity each, running at 80% recovery.

These RO trains, along with three cartridge filter vessels and one clean-in-place system, will be designed and fabricated by Aerex Industries.

“Aerex Industries selected KMS as the membrane element supplier for the Town of Davie project based on our confidence in their ability to provide the correct membrane product, support and warranty to ensure a trouble free start-up and satisfied customer throughout the life of the membrane,” said Montroe Deon Hopkins, project manager/project engineer at Aerex.

The KMS membranes are expected to be delivered in early 2013 with commissioning of the plant scheduled for June 2013.
