Job Group, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, is an industrial textile and filtration business providing process and industrial solutions across all sectors of mining, aggregates, chemicals, dyes and pigments, pharma, ceramics, pulp and paper, beverages, sugar and food, steel and ore processing, energy and power, environmental, water, wastewater and industrial waste treatment.
Rutger Bornefalk, CEO of Job Group, is eager to combine colleagues from both companies.
“The talent at DRM will merge seamlessly with our current professionals in the Job Group providing our UK and international customers a service that will exceed industry standards,” said Bornefalk. “Having a strategic manufacturing facility within the UK will give us a further launch pad for our growth & solutions capability globally.”
Bornefalk added: “We will be the only UK manufacturing company for filtration and industrial fabrics with group fabric design, weaving and confection capabilities demonstrating our commitment to the UK post Brexit. We expect that access to British international trade partners will further our opportunities and compliment the Job Group’s current trajectory.”
The merger of the two companies will further provide flexibility to group resources and compliment Job Group’s portfolio of subsidiaries in Sweden, Spain, Finland, UK, Estonia and partnerships throughout the world.
