Headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, USA, Kuss Filtration produces fuel, oil, lubrication and urea filters, engine air intake, cabin air and emission filters for the light vehicle, outdoor power equipment, powersport and on-and off highway commercial vehicle markets. The company has four production plants in the US, Brazil and China, and sales offices in France and Switzerland.

GVS, which was founded in 1979, develops and manufactures filtration products primarily for the medical, automotive, safety, life science, appliance and industrial markets. The company has 11 manufacturing plants in Italy, UK, Brazil, China, Romania and USA, with supporting sales offices in 22 countries.
After the deal is completed, GVS will operate from 26 locations in 22 countries. The company will employ over 2300 employees and serve the healthcare, automotive, life science, personal protection, HVAC and appliance industries, as well as the outdoor power equipment, powersport and on-and off highway commercial vehicle markets.
