H2O Innovation India Ltd was set up three years ago in a joint venture with India’s Chembond Chemicals Ltd to produce and sell water treatment systems for the Indian industrial and commercial market.
H2O Innovation has taken the decision to pull out of the joint venture because the sales objectives have not been met. The Canadian water treatment solutions company says that H2O Innovation India required a lot of attention and resources with little impact on overall revenues and earnings.
