Fischer Process Industries has acquired HE Danby Co Inc, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based distributor that services pumps, filters and filtration systems.
HE Danby sells and services a range of pumps and filter systems for manufacturers including Gorman-Rupp, Aurora Pump, Eaton, GE Water Technologies, Filtertech Gusher-Nagle and AllFlo. The company also has a fully equipped and complete shop that will allow Fischer Process Industries to expand service options and capabilities in the central Indiana market.
“We feel that this is a great opportunity for us to continue and improve on our abilities to be of service,” said Cary Corcoran, the former president and owner of HE Danby. “I have been part of the organisation for 45 years and look forward to my continued interaction with our customers.”
Corcoran has joined Fischer Process Industries as a sales and product specialist for filtration products, along with other members of the HE Danby team.

Fischer Process Industries now has service centres in Indianapolis, Indiana; Cincinnati and Marietta, Ohio; and Owensboro, Kentucky.
