The latest refrigerant dryer range from CompAir ensures compressed air systems remain reliable and energy efficient throughout their working life.

A refrigerant dryer cools the compressed air to allow water vapour to condense and then be separated, ensuring the system is never compromised. With many production systems and processes demanding high quality compressed air, in accordance with the air quality classes defined in ISO8573-1:2010, refrigerant dryers have a critical role to play.

The new CD refrigerant dryer range from CompAir offers flow rates of to 191.67 m3/min, ensuring consistent dew points, whatever the load level. The range also features heat exchanger technology, which means it can deliver the highest performance levels with the lowest possible pressure drop. The new heat exchangers also include an integrated condensate separator and are available without the traditional inlet and outlet headers, which can contribute to restricted air flows, resulting in less efficient air-to-air heat transfer.

Each dryer is fitted with a control panel, allowing operators to monitor dew point, high or low temperatures, along with an anti-freeze mode.
