The new service centre will support Centrisys/CNP customers in the Houston metro area and throughout the south-central region of the United States.
“We are excited to open a decanter centrifuge service and repair facility in Houston that will act as an extension of our facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin,” said Michael Kopper, founder and CEO of Centrisys/CNP. “Our experienced and knowledgeable team of technicians will offer the same capabilities and level of commitment to providing the most exceptional resources and service offerings in the industry.”
Centrisys/CNP’s new service and repair facility in Houston will be led by general manager Jeffrey Fair, who has over 20 years of experience working with decanter centrifuges of all brands and models for both industrial and municipal applications.
The new facility will offer full-service repair and maintenance capabilities, including inspections, machining, welding, and balancing. On-site technicians will also be able to test equipment and manufacture spare parts all under one roof, with quality control capabilities for all brands of decanter centrifuges. The service centre will be completely climate-controlled, allowing for precision measurement on all critical components, with a quality control room separate from the main service area, a drive-through bay for equipment unloading with a 25-ton overhead crane, and multiple jib cranes located throughout the facility.
