Headquartered in East Granby, Connecticut, NCC has annual revenue of SEK50 million and 17 employees.
Nederman says that NCC fits very well with its existing machining business and will give the Swedish company entry into the North American machining market. There are also synergies between NCC and Nederman in lime and ash handling equipment commonly used in Nederman’s filter solutions for the foundry and steel making industries.
“The acquisition of NCC gives Nederman access to the important North American machining market. NCC will also be an important bridge head for better penetration of our technology for oil mist filtration where Nederman made an important acquisition of Filtac AB in September 2015,” said Sven Kristensson, Nederman’s president and CEO.
“Nederman’s organisation gives us the group advantages needed to continue our growth,” said Arnold Serenkin, president of NCC.
