Finland’s Sofi Filtration has entered into a strategic partnership with Texas-based Danish American private equity firm Cimbria Capital.
The partnership will help establish Sofi Filtration’s incorporation into the US and strategically position its business, products and services for the American market.
Cimbria will work closely with Sofi Filtration through its ‘Acceleration Program’ to implement a market plan and build new commercial opportunities in the US for the company’s microfiltration technology.
