Compact 75G is a 12 inch × 3 m membrane module for its tubular ultrafiltration membranes. Built from glass-fibre-reinforced epoxy and equipped with flange connections on both the feed and permeate side, the Compact 75G is claimed to be a robust membrane module with high mechanical strength and high chemical resistance.
Pentair X-Flow says that these features make the module highly suitable for a broad range of wastewater treatment applications, such as Produced Water treatment. Due to its large size, a significant reduction in piping and equipment can be achieved in the membrane unit. According to the company, this allows for large scale water treatment plants to be built cost effectively and with a small footprint.
