On 1 October 2010, Nephros issued a six-month senior secured note to Lambda Investors. Nephros expects that the US$500 000 proceeds from the note will allow it to fund its operations into February 2011.
As required under the terms of the note, Nephros has filed a registration statement for a US$3.5 million rights offering to its stockholders.
Nephros develops and markets filtration products for therapeutic applications, infection control and water purification.
