LiqTech International Inc has moved the trading of its shares from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
“Over the last year, we have taken a number of important steps to grow LiqTech into a more established company,” said LiqTech president and CEO Sune Mathiesen. “We appreciate the continued support and confidence of our investors and are excited to be celebrating this move to Nasdaq with them.”
Mathiesen and other team members rang the Closing Bell of the Nasdaq Stock Market on 17 April 2019 to celebrate the uplisting.
