Seoul, South Korea-based LG-Hitachi Water Solutions Co Ltd will initially focus on the manufacture and sale of water treatment equipment, engineering, procurement and construction for water treatment systems and operations and maintenance for water treatment facilities.
LG Electronics and Hitachi Plant Technologies have named Young-ha Lee as chief executive officer and Hidenao Kawai as chief operating officer of the new joint venture.
