Based in Oceanside, California, Bio Clean and Modular Wetlands offer a range of stormwater and biofiltration technologies that filter pollutants and remove sediment. The acquisition includes the Modular Wetlands product line and all related intellectual property.
Bio Clean has been providing treatment and detention/retention technologies since 1999, while Modular Wetlands, established in 2008, specialises in horizontal flow biofiltration technology.
Together, the two companies employ around 45 people and provide products and services throughout the US.
