Aquarion Middle East will provide water and wastewater treatment solutions to industrial customers in the UAE and other countries in the Middle East and North Africa. The new subsidiary will focus on the oil & gas market, particularly on upstream and downstream technologies including zero liquid discharge, spent caustic and produced water treatment.
David Howsley, who joins Aquarion as CEO for the Middle East and North Africa region and heads up the company’s business development strategy in the Middle East, will also manage the Sharjah operation.
Howsley brings more than 30 years of international experience in water treatment to Aquarion, including 20 years working in the global oil & gas industry.
