Danish water technology specialist, Aquaporin, has announced that it now holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is an international standard helping to specify requirements for a quality management system and ensuring that products and services always meet high quality standards and customers' requirements. Over 1 million companies in more than 170 countries certify to the standard.
For Aquaporin the process of certification supported its ongoing initiatives towards maturing and developing the organization and group. The company says the result is an even stronger definition of objectives and the wish for continuous improvement. The ISO certificate will help Aquaporin to set more efficient and structured working processes across all departments, while also strengthening business excellence and customer experience.
Dorthe Møller, Head of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) at Aquaporin said that using ISO 9001:2015 helps Aquaporin to ensure that customers get consistent, high quality products and services.
