In a business update at its Annual General Meeting, Amiad said that the beginning of 2009 saw a return in investment in infrastructure projects, particularly in the industrial and municipal sectors of most of its key markets.
Amiad, which specialises in water filters and filtration systems for the industrial, municipal and irrigation markets, has a steady backlog going into the second half of 2009. As a result, the company is expecting higher revenues in the second half of 2009 than in the second half of 2008.
