The AmeriWater team recently responded to a request to support a dialysis clinic in Africa with its water purification products.

Ameriwater, working closely with Precision Water Systems of Fresno, California, was able to provide the reliable water purification system the clinic needed to produce high purity water for its hemodialysis patients.

The clinic was fitted with a central dialysis system. Each of AmeriWater’s central dialysis systems is carefully sized to achieve the correct volume for the client. AmeriWater and Precision Water Systems worked closely with the clinic to put together a system that suited its specific needs.

The chosen system included Ameriwater’s MROZ, a reverse osmosis system that provides up to 17,600 gallons per day (GPD) of high purity water for hemodialysis. It also included an automatic dual tank bicarb mix and distribution system, providing the clinic with reliable preparation and distribution of the bicarbonate solution.

Ameriwater also supplied a Clean-In-Place RO system cleaner that removes scale and organic contaminants from the RO membranes to maintain high system performance, activated carbon water filter systems and its redesigned dialysis wall boxes.
