Briseño, 46, is currently Donaldson’s managing director, Latin America.
After joining Donaldson in 2003 as an Industrial Air Filtration district manager, Briseño went on to become the company’s Industrial Filtrations Solutions business manager and the Industrial sales director for Latin America. Briseño was promoted to his current position in 2011.
Under his leadership, Donaldson expanded its Latin American distribution facility and built a second manufacturing plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Briseño also established new distribution facilities in Chile and Peru. These strategic moves have led to Donaldson’s 60% growth in Latin America over the past three years.
