The American Filtration & Separations Society (AFS), host of the 13th World Filtration Congress (WFC13), will sponsor student awards for the best posters submitted and presented.
The 13th World Filtration Congress will take place from 20-24 April 2020 in San Diego, California.
Full-time students are invited to participate by submitting a poster abstract for presentation in the Student Poster Competition. Poster presentations will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during WFC 13. Experts in filtration and separation will comprise the panel of poster judges and awards will be presented on Friday, 24 April during the Closing Session.
All students who submit an abstract for the poster competition will receive a waived conference registration and the first 20 who complete their submissions are also guaranteed travel aid. Those who receive travel aid are required to stay in the Congress hotel, the San Diego Hilton Bayfront.
Students interested in entering the poster competition must submit their abstract by Friday, 29 November. More information is available on the 13th World Filtration Congress website.
