Dr Seeberg, a former managing director of OSRAM GmbH, has been a member of the KSB AG supervisory board since May 2012, and chairman since September 2015.
Dr Martin Auer and Dr Stella Ahlers have also resigned from the supervisory board of KSB AG with effect from 28 February 2017 and 20 March 2017 respectively. Dr Auer has been a member of the KSB AG board since May 2010, and Dr Ahlers since May 2016.
In statements, KSB said that their decisions were because of “different views of the company’s future direction.”
