The brine concentrator, which uses thermal energy to evaporate water, will be provided by Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies subsidiary HPD.
Commissioning of the brine concentrator plant, which will treat approximately 1.3 million gallons per day, is expected to be completed in mid-2013.
