Filtration Group, which is owned by Madison Capital Partners, is a collection of more than 10 specialized filtration companies. Including Clear Edge, Filtration Group has revenues of more than US$700 million.
Clear Edge will be part of Filtration Group’s Liquid Process Division which also includes industrial process filtration companies Global Filter and Jonell.
Clear Edge will continue to be headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA and will remain focused on mining and minerals, chemical processing, wastewater treatment and bulk food and beverage markets.
