2011 Porvair revenues are expected to be 9% higher than 2010, while profit before tax should be substantially ahead.
In a trading update, Porvair said that the Metals Filtration division’s revenues will be more than 15% higher than last year. Porvair operating profit has improved significantly due to revenue growth and higher margins on newer products.
Meanwhile, revenues for the Porvair Microfiltration division will be up around 5% on 2010. Aviation filtration revenue grew strongly in the year and Povair says that order books for 2012 are encouraging.
Porvair will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 November 2011 on 31 January 2012.
